Abstract: The following interview was conducted by the editor in Istanbul with Professor Wu-Tien Wu who served as President of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children from 1993-1997. Dr. Wu is a professor of special education at National Taiwan University in Taipei where he serves as Chairperson of the Department of School Psychology.
