A Critical Analysis of the Main European Human Resource Management Models

Suzana Demyen

Anale. Seria Stiinte Economice. Timisoara, 2013, vol. XIX, 182-186

Abstract: Over time there have emerged a number of human resource management models, each with different characteristics and specificities. Starting with the Japanese model and up to the general European one, each has introduced a different perspective, not only into literature, but in practice also. This paper addresses the European model of human resource management in terms of a critical vision, comparing countries at the most important features of national models.
