Abstract: Our main objective is to determine as a primary hypothesis, whether Romanian education is circumscribed to international tendencies in general, and European trends in particular. Education was considered mainly in terms of the types of knowledge which have to be transferred, and subsidiary seen from the point of view of the adequacy of transmitting technics. Also, we attempt to orient the focus predominantly to the tertiary education; as a basic hypothesis it was considered that the education outsourcing is most effective when the recipients reach the level of developing specific abilities which are readily applicable in practice, and ascribed to the most distinct field over the time of personal formation and individual becoming (as seen alongside philosophical Aristotle delineations).
