Abstract:
The present article is a study about the teachers’ assertive communication, the power of managing perturbance in the classroom with respect to students’ feelings and rights. Also, the study shows that teachers that know how and when to say NO are more successful in the classroom, by managing verbal and nonverbal communication. Also, by considering students’ rights and their own, teachers can use cantered-learning methods that are suitable for their object of study and their pupils.
