Abstract:
The present research aims to study the connection between self-esteem and motivation in teaching professions. At the same time, the ways in which the age and the graduated faculty can influence the level of self-esteem and professional motivation in this category of employees were also studied. To carry out this research, a sample of 85 pre-university teachers was used, who were tested by means of 2 instruments: the self-esteem scale related to the organization and the multidimensional scale of job satisfaction
