Abstract:
Essentially subjective and psychological image and identity, concepts located "halfway between concrete and abstract, between real and ideal, between sensitive and intelligible" (Wunnenburger, 2004, p. 4) are ubiquitous in explanations and interpretations of politics, dynamics , effectiveness, success or failure of institutions and organizations.
