Abstract:
Chronically mentally ill is not only a psysical, a biological entity but also psychological, therefore his optimal reintegration into the community depends on the combination of drugs therapy with certain psychotherapeutic strategies. Because each somatic or mental disease is characterized by a special causality and by a distinct profile of symptoms, there are some differences between patients as regard their capacity of psychological recover and social reintegration. Customizing to our subjects, the survey revealed significant differences between patients with neuropsychological disorders and those with neurological diseases, meaning that first show increased capacity of integration compared with neurological patients.
