Abstract:
The young school age imposes, through its peculiarities, a certain way of solving from a pedagogical point of view the tasks of corporal activities. Achieving good results in physical exercise depends on how the teacher manages to attract students to physical activities in first grade, how he manages to shape their taste and pleasure for organized exercise in physical education lessons. Physical education must satisfy students' thirst for knowledge and need for movement, develop their strength of understanding. The lesson of physical education and sports activities must give the student the opportunity to move, but not anyway, but in an organized, useful way. , to create conditions for him to consume his physical energy. In the primary cycle, the attractiveness of body activities is crucial because it plays a special role in achieving the formative function of this activity. Studies show that those who benefit from the effects of sport are more lively, stronger, more confident, more invigorating, but especially much healthier physically and mentally.
