Abstract: The Social and emotional development of a child, means his ability to understand, accept and empathize with his own feelings and the feelings of others, the ability to manage strong emotions, to control harmful behaviors and establish healthy relationships. The proper socio-emotional skills are essential for the growth of the child, both in the family and at school. Our research proposes a series of activities in the classroom, designed to recognize, express and process the emotions by some very young pupils, which are meant to improve their school readiness and behavior adjustment.
