Abstract: This article examines how digital technologies are revolutionizing tax systems to improve compliance, efficiency,and transparency. Taxpayers and tax authorities alike have benefited from the replacement of laborious, paper-basedtax procedures with more efficient digital alternatives. The essay highlights significant technology developments and theirbeneficial implications on tax administration, compliance, and policy creation by citing a number of research evaluations.
