Abstract: В данной статье предложен алгоритм проведения анализа конкурентной среды и оценки структурырынка для качественного формирования стратегии поведения малых предприятий. Обоснован механизм постро-ения конкурентной карты рынка и выявления типовых стратегических положений субъектов малого бизнеса нарынке.
