Abstract: In response to increasing environmental concerns, it is important to explore emerging technologies such asBuilding Information Modeling (BIM), 3D printing, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications that enable monitoring andoptimization of sustainable construction processes as the construction industry transitions to greener practices. becomesimportant. The article advocates for increased scientific foundations, industry standards, and the role of collaborativenetworks in the widespread adoption of environmentally friendly building practices.Also, by analyzing and critically evaluating recent innovation developments, this paper provides valuable information forresearchers, practitioners and those seeking to promote sustainable innovation in the construction industry.
