Abstract: This study explores agricultural cooperative models by analyzing governance structures, operational challenges,and financial performance. Primary data was collected through interviews and surveys with cooperative members, whilesecondary data came from academic and industry sources. The findings contribute to understanding the effectivenessand sustainability of cooperative models.
