Paxta tozalash texnologik mashinalarining tozalash jarayonini modellashtirish

Abstract: Maqolada paxta tozalash korxonalarida paxta xom ashyosini tozalash jarayonini modellashtirish uchunTOT 23 ko‘rinishdagi to‘liq faktorli eksperiment o‘tkazish usuli tahlil qilinib, olingan natijalar Fisherning F-kriteriyasining5% ahamiyatlilik darajasidagi jadval asosida solishtirib tekshirilgan. Paxta tozalash texnologik mashinalarining tozalashjarayonini modellashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Modellashtirish jarayonlari texnologik parametrlarni optimallashtirish,mahsulot sifatini yaxshilash va energiya sarfini kamaytirish imkonini beradi. Maqolada paxta tolasi va iflosliklar oqiminingharakatini o‘rganish, zamonaviy texnologiyalar, jumladan, sun’iy intellekt va avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlariningqo‘llanilishi, shuningdek, energiya samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha innovatsion usullar keltirilgan. Mazkur yondashuvpaxta sanoati uchun yuqori natijalarga erishish, mahsulot sifatini oshirish va iqtisodiy samaradorlikni ta’minlashga xizmatqiladi.
