Abstract: Multinational businesses (MNCs) operate in a variety of cultural contexts in the age of globalization. Thereare particular difficulties in inspiring workers in such a complicated, multicultural setting. This thesis examines thefunction of employee motivation in multinational corporations (MNCs), emphasizing the difficulties encountered incross-cultural interactions and suggesting solutions. This paper offers a thorough analysis of motivation theories, crossculturalmanagement techniques, and workable solutions for multinational corporations (MNCs) to improve employeeengagement, contentment, and productivity by looking at how cultural variations affect motivation and performance.
