Authentic Leadership Unleashed: A Comparative Analysis of Leadership Styles

Abstract: This article examines the effectiveness of common models such as transformational, transactional, and servantleadership. In doing so, through a methodological review of existing literature and empirical research, the study focuseson key principles of leadership–transparency, ethics, and individual self-awareness.The article uses a multidimensional framework to evaluate the effectiveness of transparent leadership, which includesindicators such as organizational performance, leader-follower relationships, and ethical organizational climate.The results of this comparative analysis show that transparent leadership not only improves organizational performance,but also develops a more ethical and inclusive organizational culture. Consequences of adopting transparent leadershipin modern organizational conditions are discussed, its potential as a catalyst is analyzed.
