Abstract: The given article discusses theoretical views on improving the efficiency of managing innovation processes incommercial banks. Thanks to this, issues of development of the credit system were studied. Practical proposals are alsogiven for the innovative activities of banks, characterized by high uncertainty, which in turn requires the use of flexible andadaptive risk management models.
