Improving the Effective use of Funds From Taxes and Fees in Kashkadarya Region

Abstract:
The Kashkadarya region in Uzbekistan has significant potential for economic growth, which can be realizedthrough the optimized use of funds from taxes and fees. This article examines the current challenges in fund allocationand proposes strategies to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic allocation of resources. Key recommendationsinclude implementing comprehensive auditing processes, adopting participatory budgeting, and prioritizingspending on infrastructure, education, healthcare, and support for agriculture and industry. The article also discusses thechallenges of institutional resistance and the need for capacity building. Effective implementation of these strategies canlead to substantial improvements in the region’s development and set a model for other regions.
