Abstract: This article considers the types of intellectual and innovative property, as well as the description of intellectual and innovative activities. Ways and possibilities of solving the issues of reflecting these types of activities that create types of intellectual and innovative property in the accounting and reporting system of enterprises have been studied both theoretically and practically.
