Abstract: Foreign trade, a cornerstone of global economic activity, is inherently fraught with risks. From political instabilityand currency fluctuations to unforeseen natural disasters and contract breaches, a multitude of uncertainties candisrupt supply chains, derail transactions, and cause substantial financial losses. This article explores the crucial role ofinsurance mechanisms in mitigating these risks, enabling smoother international trade, and fostering economic growth.
