Problems and Prospects of Cadastral Valuation of Land Resources in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract: The article deals with the actual problem of cadastral assessment of lands and land resources in the Republicof Kazakhstan. The author highlights the problems of soil degradation and desertification and regulation of land relations,land surveying and cadastral works. The article provides statistical data on the area of land resources in the Republicof Kazakhstan, and also covers the topic of special legal regime of land protection. Advantages and disadvantages ofexisting methods of solving this problem of cadastral assessment of lands are given.
