Abstract: This article discusses the intersection of digital economy and green technologies as a driver for sustainabledevelopment. The article explains how digitalization through data analytics, automation, and innovation enhancesecological efficiency and catalyzes green growth. The combination of green technologies with digital technologiesenables the possibility of resource optimization, emission reduction, and circular business model creation. Results ofrecent studies indicate that digitalization accelerates green innovation, which subsequently mediates the contributionof the digital economy to the promotion of sustainable development. The extent, however, is contingent on digitalinfrastructure, human capital, institution system, and technological readiness. The article concludes that integration ofdigital transformation strategies with green innovation policies is a must for guaranteeing economic efficacy in the longterm and environmental sustainability
