Abstract:
The article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of ecological enterprises and theirinstitutional role in ensuring sustainable development within modern economic systems. The study analyzes the evolutionof the “green enterprise” concept and its alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the greeneconomy framework. Moreover, the research highlights the essence of ecological enterprises as a multifaceted systemthat integrates the principles of economic efficiency, environmental safety, and social responsibility
