MAGNEZIAL BOG‘LOVCHI VA BAZALT TOLASI CHIQINDISI ASOSIDA KOMPOZITSION MATERIALLAR OLISH

Abstract:
Ushbu maqolada Sorel sementi (MgO–MgCl₂ bog‘lovchi tizimi) asosida kompozitsion materiallar olishjarayonida bazalt tolasi chiqindisidan foydalanishning samaradorligi va texnologik afzalliklari bo‘yicha olib borilganeksperimental tadqiqotlarning asosiy natijalari keltiriladi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi Sorel sementli matritsaning fizik-mexanikxususiyatlarini yaxshilash, uning suvga chidamlilik darajasini oshirish hamda strukturaviy barqarorligini ta’minlashorqali yuqori samarali kompozitsion material yaratishdan iborat bo‘ldi. Shu munosabat bilan bazalt tolasi chiqindisiningmiqdori, tolalar uzunligi, ularning Sorel sementga nisbatan massaviy ulushi va tarkibdagi optimal nisbatlar kompozitsionmateriallarning xususiyatlariga ta’sir nuqtai nazaridan bosqichma-bosqich o‘rganildi.Olingan natijalar bazalt tolasi chiqindilarining kompozitsion sistemasida mikroarmaturalovchi komponent sifatida faolishtirok etishi, Sorel sement matritsasining g‘ovaklik tuzilmasini zichlashtirishi va yoriqlar paydo bo‘lish jarayonlarinicheklashi natijasida mexanik ko‘rsatkichlarning sezilarli darajada yaxshilanishini ko‘rsatdi.
