Abstract: Ushbu maqolada korxonalar boshqaruvida SWOT tahlilidan foydalanishning dolzarb masalalari tahlilqilingan. Tadqiqot davomida korxonalarda yuzaga kelayotgan strategik muammolar, xususan, toza elektr energiyasi ishlabchiqarish va aholiga yetkazish choralari ko‘rib chiqildi. Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida energiya samaradorliginioshirish hamda ekologik toza va arzon elektr ishlab chiqarish bo‘yicha amalga oshirilayotgan chora-tadbirlar tahlil etilgan.
