Abstract: Maqolada AQSh va Fransiyada kichik biznesni tasniflash mezonlari, xususan miqdoriy va sifat ko‘rsatkichlaritahlil qilingan. SBA standartlari, tarmoqlar bo‘yicha farqlar hamda Fransiyadagi hunarmandchilikning huquqiy xususiyatlariyoritilgan. Shuningdek, korxona egasining mehnatga munosabati kichik biznes mezonining muhim belgisi sifatida asoslabberilgan.
