Abstract:
This study develops a methodology for designing monitoring mechanisms based on information systems toassess the level of financial inclusion. It proposes a method for constructing a composite financial inclusion index usinga two-stage principal component analysis (PCA). The research also examines the impact of digital financial serviceson inclusiveness within the context of developing economies and analyzes the architecture of real-time monitoringdashboards. The results provide practical tools that can be applied by government agencies, central banks, andinternational organizations for policy formulation and evaluation.
