Abstract:
The current problem of the developing innovative economy today is the scarcity of resources, the globalizationof environmental problems as a result of the disruption of the ecological balance, the diseases that affect the health of thehuman world, all of which are the result of the waste of resources, and currently in the Khorezm region, a very large partof the resources, 95-96%, remains as waste, which is causing many economic, social and ecological global problems.This, in turn, has caused severe economic, social and ecological crises in the Khorezm region.
