Abstract: This paper discusses novel approaches to diversification and management of financial resources in commercialbanks of Uzbekistan in the conditions of digital transformation. Current trends of financial resource management, digitalbanking solutions, and their influence on bank performance are analyzed in the context of developing the banking sector ofUzbekistan. The study is based on generalization of literature review and theoretical analysis of national and internationalbanking practices.
