Abstract: This article investigates the scientific, theoretical, and methodological foundations for organizing control andevaluating its effectiveness in international companies. By tackling both theoretical and practical issues related to thistopic, the study has developed scientific and practical recommendations for the organization of control and assessmentof its effectiveness at the joint enterprise UZTEX TASHKENT LLC, which is the subject of this research.
