Abstract: This article analyzes labor market development and strategies for reducing unemployment. Current trends in thelabor market, causes of unemployment, and influential factors are evaluated through economic-statistical methods. Theresearch proposes recommendations for improving employment rates, creating new job opportunities, and enhancingvocational training.
