Abstract: This article focuses on studying foreign experience in the formation of banking assets to improve the efficiency ofcommercial banks. The paper analyzes effective methods applied in banking systems of advanced countries for managingand optimizing banking assets. It explores opportunities for increasing operational efficiency through strategies such asasset diversification, risk management, the introduction of innovative technologies, and capital strengthening. Basedon foreign experience, the article offers tailored recommendations and proposals for Uzbekistan's commercial banks.The article aims to enhance the profitability and financial stability of commercial banks through efficient management ofbanking assets.
