Abstract:
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the landscape of work, posing bothchallenges and opportunities for human capital development. This paper explores the intersection between human capitaland AI within the framework of the future of work. Using a qualitative analysis of recent literature, expert interviews, and international case studies, we examine how AI is reshaping skills demand, workforce strategies, and educationalparadigms. The results highlight the necessity for strategic investments in upskilling, reskilling, and lifelong learning toensure human capital remains relevant and empowered in an AI-driven economy. The discussion proposes an integratedpolicy and institutional approach to balancing technological progress with human-centered development.
