Abstract:
This article explores international experiences and best practices aimed at improving the quality of services inthe tourism sector. By examining case studies from leading tourism destinations, the paper highlights strategies suchas the implementation of quality management systems, staff training programs, service certification standards, and theadoption of digital technologies to enhance customer satisfaction. The analysis also considers the role of public-privatepartnerships, sustainable tourism practices, and policy frameworks in fostering high service standards. Drawing lessonsfrom countries like Japan, Spain, and Australia, the article offers insights that can inform quality improvement initiativesin other regions. The findings emphasize the importance of continuous innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and culturaladaptation in achieving service excellence and maintaining global competitiveness in tourism
