Abstract:
The article is devoted to the issue of introducing new approaches based on emotional intelligence in highereducation institutions. The necessity of implementing emotional intelligence in higher education is substantiated. Theinterdisciplinary nature of emotional intelligence is revealed. The theoretical and practical foundations of emotionalintelligence are explored. The benefits of integrating emotional intelligence into higher education institutions arehighlighted. Specific directions for the application of emotional intelligence are proposed for students, teachers, andinstitutions themselves.The use of analysis and synthesis methods has made it possible to comprehensively explore thetopic of the article.
