Abstract: This article examines the demographic and socio-economic challenges driving migration flows from Uzbekistan.Key factors include high fertility rates, a significant share of unemployed labor force, underdeveloped rural infrastructure,and comparatively low regional wages. The study emphasizes how these structural issues contribute to both internaland external migration dynamics. In conclusion, the article outlines policy recommendations aimed at enhancing theregulation of labor mobility and ensuring the safety and protection of migrant workers
