Abstract: The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the coverage level of graduatesin higher education, analyzing issues related to improving the quality and efficiency of the admission process to highereducational institutions, identifying factors that influence coverage indicators, and enhancing management mechanisms.The study also explores the relationship between public policy, regional opportunities, the competitive environment, andlabour market needs in attracting graduates to the higher education system, and develops proposals and recommendationsfor expanding coverage.
