Abstract: Ushbu tezisda O‘zbekistonda jismoniy shaxslardan olinadigan daromad solig‘ining iqtisodiy mohiyati, soliqstavkalari, mavjud soliq imtiyozlari, soliq bazasini aniqlash tartibi hamda soliqni hisoblash va to‘lash mexanizmlari tahlilqilingan. Shuningdek, jismoniy shaxslarning daromad solig‘i tushumlarini prognozlashning nazariy va amaliy jihatlariyoritilgan.
