Abstract: Ushbu maqolada nogironligi bo‘lgan shaxslar mehnat bozorining o‘ziga xos segmenti sifatida yoritilgan.Shuningdek, nogironligi bo‘lgan shaxslarning bandligini ta’minlash, davlat va jamoat tashkilotlarida ularning mehnatfaoliyatini muhofaza qilish ustuvor vazifa sifatida ko‘rib chiqilgan.
