REMOTE PREVENTION AND CORRECTION OF SPINAL DISORDERS IN OFFICE WORKERS VIA TELEGRAM BOT: RESULTS OF A PILOT STUDY

Abstract:
Spinal diseases rank among the primary causes of temporary incapacity among office employees. Prolongedstatic posture leads to degenerative changes in the spinal column, chronic pain, and reduced cognitive productivity.Traditional rehabilitation formats require clinic visits, substantially reducing treatment adherence.To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of a 30-day physical therapy programme delivered remotely via a Telegram bot inoffice workers with spinal disorders.Prospective single-group pilot study. Participants (n=20, age 22–45 years) were office workers with spinal pain complaints.The intervention — Full Body Premium programme — comprised daily 15–25-minute exercise sessions delivered via aTelegram bot for 30 days.
