Abstract:
This article analyzes the current issues of improving the quality of educational services in higher educationalinstitutions. The quality of education is an important factor in the competitiveness of the higher education system, thedemand for graduates in the labor market, and the formation of the intellectual potential of society. The study covers themain factors affecting the quality of educational services, including the organization of the educational process basedon modern pedagogical technologies, increasing the professional competence of professors and teachers, digitizing theeducational process, and improving the system for assessing educational outcomes. The conclusions and proposalspresented in the article can be used as practical recommendations aimed at improving the quality of educational servicesin higher educational institutions.
