Abstract: This article analyzes the transformation of the Uzbek language in the digital environment acrossthree main areas. Digital technologies are driving rapid changes in the language: lexical units borrowed fromEnglish, graphic abbreviations, symbols expressing emotions, and hybrid forms have become actively used onthe internet and social media. At the same time, natural language processing (NLP) systems working with theUzbek language, such as text analysis, machine translation, and speech recognition models, are insufficientlyequipped with corpus and linguistic databases
