Abstract: This article examines the main trends in the development of small business entities in theregions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the dynamics of quantitative indicators, thesectoral structure, and the territorial distribution of small businesses. Particular attention is paid to regionaldifferentiation, investment activity, and the influence of institutional factors on entrepreneurial development. Thekey challenges hindering the sustainable growth of small businesses are identified, including limited accessto financial resources, infrastructural constraints, and disparities in regional development levels. Based on theanalysis, directions for improving support mechanisms for small business entities are proposed, taking regionalcharacteristics into account
