Abstract: Cloud computing has become one of the most influential technological innovations driving digitaltransformation in modern enterprises. It provides organizations with scalable computing resources, flexibleservice delivery models, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions. This study aims to examine the role of cloudcomputing in enhancing enterprise performance and to analyze its impact on operational efficiency, businessagility, innovation, and competitiveness. The research methodology is based on a systematic literature review, comparative analysis of cloud adoption practices, and evaluation of enterprise performance indicators reportedin previous studies. The findings indicate that cloud computing significantly improves organizational productivity, reduces operational costs, enhances collaboration, and supports data-driven decision-making. However, challenges related to data security, privacy, compliance, and migration complexity continue to affect cloudadoption. The study concludes that successful implementation of cloud computing requires strategic planning, robust governance frameworks, and continuous investment in cybersecurity and workforce development.
