Abstract: Les aides utilisees à la localisation des activites economiques permettent-elles d’attenuer les disparites regionales existantes ? Sont-elles efficaces ? Sont-elles opportunes ? Le cadre theorique que nous retenons pour repondre à ces questions se base sur le concept du coût d’usage du capital. Notre analyse est appliquee aux dispositifs d’aides regionales affectant le choix de localisation des investissements en Tunisie. Nous centrons notre propos sur l’impact sur le coût du capital du differentiel d’aides à l’investissement eu egard à une region de reference. Abstract - The aim of this paper is to assess the specific investment incentive policies of regional development for Tunisia. The following questions will be discussed: what are the expected effects of public aid on investment loca-lization? Are fiscal and financial incentives efficient? Our theoretic frame is based on the concept of capital user cost.
