Geoff Mulgan: Geoff Mulgan is director of the Young Foundation based in London (U.K). He previously worked in the U.K. government as director of the Strategy Unit and head of policy in the Prime Minister's office, and before that was founder and director of the thinktank Demos. He is a visiting professor at London School of Economics, University College London and Melbourne University.
