Scott Bernhard: Scott Bernhard, AIA, is Director of the Tulane City Center (TCC). He holds the Jean and Saul A. Mintz Professorship at the Tulane School of Architecture and is a licensed architect in New Orleans. He works to build and manage connections between available faculty expertise, student interests, and community needs, and he leads the multi-family housing initiatives of the TCC.
