Katherine Milligan: Katherine Milligan is head of North America and the Middle East for the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship. She is a recipient of the Pforzheimer Scholarship for Excellence in Nonprofit Management from the Kennedy School of Government. Before joining the World Economic Forum as a Global Leadership Fellow in 2005, Milligan did strategy consulting for numerous U.S. nonprofits and authored a report published by the International Institute of Economics on the effects of the World Trade Organization's agricultural negotiations on smallholder farmers.
Mirjam Schöning: Mirjam Schöning is Senior Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship. She joined the Foundation at its inception in August 2000 and has headed it since 2008. The Foundation works closely with its sister organization, the World Economic Forum, to advance cooperation between social entrepreneurs and the corporate sector. Schöning previously worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, the World Bank, and Shell in Scandinavia.
