Menekse Gencer: Menekse Gencer is the CEO and founder of mPay Connect, a consulting service that helps clients launch mobile financial services. Before founding mPay Connect, Ms. Gencer led PayPal Mobile's business development efforts in North America. She recently published a report for the World Economic Forum that was distributed at the Davos Annual Summit on mHealth and Mobile Finance. Menekse has been featured on the cover of Fortune Small Business Magazine, and was recently chosen by the U.S. state department as one of 37 technology leaders.
