Abstract:
U.S. toll road privatization is a groundbreaking trend that has caught the attention of both the municipal investment community and public officials around the country. This article discusses why toll road privatization makes sense, what makes toll roads an attractive investment, what elements make a specific toll road a good business opportunity, and the asset characteristics that are important to getting a deal done.
